Scientific Literature: Searchable Database

The report summarizes (and includes photocopies of original documents) extensive documented evidence collected by the NMFS. Included are scientific reviews submitted by marine mammal experts outside of NMFS; comments from various interests with relevant experience and knowledge of the subject; and evidence and affidavits collected during the two years of litigation prompted by NMFS regulations to include "feeding" in the definition of "take" under the MMPA.
